Expenses Tracker

Skip manual entry — upload a PDF statement and the parser auto-categorises every transaction.

1. Click Import Statement in the header
2. Choose Credit Card or Bank Account
3. Pick the account (or add a new one inline)
4. For bank statements: toggle whether deposits should be added as income
5. Drop in the PDF — transactions appear with auto-assigned categories
6. Review, edit categories, uncheck anything to skip, then confirm

Everything happens locally in your browser — the file is never uploaded anywhere.

Every ribbon represents money flowing between stages. The wider the ribbon, the more money moved that way. Bank-direct expenses skip the credit card column entirely. Hover any node or ribbon for exact dollar amounts.

💡 Drill down: click any category node to expand it into a per-merchant view. You'll see each store with the number of transactions (e.g. "Starbucks 3×") grouped together. Use "Back to overview" to return.
